What Homeowners Say

Trusted by neighbors across Chicagoland.

Facilities We Serve

Specified for how the floor actually gets used.

The right system depends on your traffic, chemicals, and cleaning. We build to that, not to a catalog.

Warehouse & distribution

High-traffic floors that take forklifts, pallet jacks, and constant abrasion without breaking down or dusting.

Auto, fleet & service shops

Resistant to oil, brake fluid, solvents, and hot tires. Easy to sweep and wash down at the end of a shift.

Commercial kitchens

Seamless, sanitary, slip-resistant surfaces that hold up to grease, hot water, and daily cleaning.

Showrooms & retail

High-gloss finishes that make the space look sharp under lights and stay easy to maintain.

Manufacturing & production

Chemical-resistant systems specified to the loads, traffic, and exposure your operation actually runs.

Medical, lab & clean spaces

Seamless coved systems that eliminate dirt-trapping joints and wipe down clean.

Need a floor that can take it?

We will walk your facility, test the slab, and give you a real spec and a real number.

The Process

How a commercial install works

Site walk & spec

We walk the floor, test for moisture, review your traffic and chemical exposure, and spec the right system.

Surface prep

Diamond grinding or shot blasting to a proper profile, plus crack and joint repair. This step determines whether the floor lasts.

Coating build

Primer, body coat, and any broadcast or texture, applied to spec by an experienced industrial applicator.

Topcoat & turnover

A chemical and abrasion-resistant topcoat, then we walk the floor with you and hand it back ready for service.

We work around your operation and phase the floor if you need to stay running. Most facilities are back in service the next day.

Investment

What does a commercial floor cost?

Commercial pricing depends on square footage, slab condition, the system your operation needs, and how much prep the existing floor requires. Larger areas bring the per-foot rate down.

Every facility is quoted after a site walk. Call (815) 949-4711 and we will get one scheduled.

Common Questions

Commercial flooring FAQ

How long will my facility be down?
Less than most people expect. We use fast-cure polyurea and polyaspartic systems that are typically back in service the next day, and we schedule around your operation so production is not sitting idle.
Can you work around our production schedule?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is phased or done off-hours. We can coat in sections so part of the floor stays in use, or run nights and weekends to keep downtime at zero.
What does commercial epoxy flooring cost?
Commercial systems are quoted per project, because the right build depends on your traffic, chemical exposure, and slab condition. Larger square footage brings the rate down. We walk the space and give you a real number.
Our slab is old and has been coated before. Is that a problem?
No, but it changes the prep. Old coatings, oil saturation, and moisture all have to be dealt with before anything new goes down. Prep is where commercial floors fail, so we do not cut it short.
Can you match requirements like slip resistance or chemical exposure?
Yes. Slip resistance, chemical resistance, thermal shock, and coving are all specified to the job. Tell us what runs on that floor and what gets spilled on it, and we build the system around it.
How long will a commercial floor last?
A properly prepped and correctly specified system holds up for years under heavy traffic. The variables that matter are surface prep, the system chosen for your exposure, and the topcoat. All three are things we control.
